idChess at the World Cadet & Youth Rapid & Blitz Championships in Georgia

From 6 to 11 June Batumi (Georgia) hosted the World Cadet & Youth Rapid & Blitz Championships. 459 children from 35 countries around the world took part in it. Spectators could watch the games of the tournament on the platform at live.idchess.com

The idChess team participated in the event by invitation of the Georgian Chess Federation and organized an idChess fan zone. The spectators could watch the players' games on the screens in the hotel lobby.

The leading players from Vietnam in several categories won three third places — in the Open U8 and U12, and in the category of Girls U18. And the second place in the Girls U12 category.

In the category of Girls U8, the representative of England Bodhana Sivanandan scored 100% of points in both rapid and blitz.
